About Us – Get to Know cempak99, Malaysia's Trusted Online Gaming Platform

Cempak99 was born from a simple vision — to give Malaysian players access to a truly quality online gaming experience, without having to rely on foreign platforms that don't understand local needs and culture.

Since the platform was established, we have built a gaming ecosystem covering live sports betting, Live Casino with real dealers, video slots, Bingo, and a variety of table games – all within a single, integrated, and easy-to-use platform.

What sets cempak99 apart from other platforms isn't just the number of games we offer. It's how we listen to and understand our users. Every update we make, every new feature we add — it all starts from feedback from our loyal Malaysian player community.

We understand that trust cannot be bought or advertised — it must be proven through action, day after day. That's why we always prioritise transparency in our operations, from clear financial disclosures to independently verifiable game mechanics.

Every great platform has an origin story. cempak99 started from a small group of individuals who shared a common passion – to build something truly different in Malaysia's online gaming industry.

Over the years, we have grown from a small platform with a few hundred members to a community exceeding half a million active players across Malaysia. This growth didn't happen by chance — it is the result of our commitment to always putting users first.

Every phase of cempak99's growth has been accompanied by meaningful improvements – not just adding games or adjusting promotions, but genuinely transforming how the platform operates based on real player needs.

At cempak99, we believe that great entertainment starts with responsible gaming. We're not just interested in growing our player base — we're committed to ensuring every player who joins our community does so in a healthy and controlled way.

This is why we invest significant time and resources into developing tools and systems that help players manage their own gaming experience — not merely as a licence requirement, but because we genuinely care about the wellbeing of every member.
